Thanks for reminding me about my divorce finalization in July that has tore my world apart. I turned ALL notifications off for a reason you ignorant twats! also the word hubby/husband can be triggering for some from abusive pasts. AND Noone cares about these events when your shipping is ridiculously high and sellers cant change it.

@sheenalee203 Hello. Welcome to Poshmark! I never got an answer to my question that I know of. When there is a party going on share items in your closet that meet the requirements of that party. For example if it's jewelry and accessories, then share your jewelry and accessories to the party.People who follow you may share also and you can get noticed to possibly get an item chosen as a host pick.

Sometimes they’re really annoying and they look like bots. You have nice things in your closet, but this isn’t getting you more exposure. Its the same as commenting on any random person’s post. Relax, one or two is fine, but you’ve literally spammed this like 20-50 times. That’s insane??

But spamming these massive chain comments can come off as really annoying and it looks like a bot account. It doesn’t grasp attention and it’s clogging up comment sections. We’re all trying to make money but this ain’t helping

❗️❗️ATTENTION PEOPLE WANTING NOTIFICATIONS TO STOP: This is the PoshMark editior they host every single party it’s a BOT - SELF GENERATED it’s not a person in control of IT WHATSOEVER, nor can they stop any notification. They announce the Hosts, and tell you what it’s for. It’s PART OF THIS APP AND SITE!!! When a party is HOSTED they invite EVERY SINGLE USER ON POSHMARK there’s no exceptions.

❗️❗️ - a few notifications aren’t a big deal. Any selling platform has it’s annoying self generated spam. Blocking them commenting. Asking . Reporting it. Is useless this is legit AN INVITE FROM THE APP ITSELF! it’s a built in feature. There’s a Poshmark editor and a Poshmark editor Canada. Question answered. You can report it but your reporting the notification to the company that’s sending them. It’s pointless. Just ignore it.

@miluv4fashn Thats not true. This is not a hacker. Nobody is capable of doing this. This is Poshmark, their official account. That is why everyone who downloads poshmark gets messages from them. They are not active on here, if you want to talk to someone you have to contact support. But this is not a hacker. This is Poshmarks account.

This is an app for selling clothes: even if it was, they wouldn’t gain anything Lol. From someone who knows how to work JavaScript, this isn’t a hacker. This is poshmark sending a ton of notifications. This is *not* a hacker.

@sofunsized no need to shout at me, and I'm not thanking you for for anything since you haven't actually helped me with anything. I already had notifications turned off. It remains annoying that party invites still show up in my News as things I have to scroll through to find news that is actually meaningful to me. Users should have the ability to opt out of party invitations completely if they so choose.
