kawaiivirus @oaxaca84 hi! i would say the shoes are true to size, but some reviewers online have said they run big—your mileage may vary. the shoes are completely new in box, never worn! the last picture is unedited and unfiltered to show the manufacturer defect (the marks on the heel) which is why i didn’t fix the ugly lighting and quality. the white specks are probably dust from the tissue paper in the box. i can assure you the boots are brand new and gorgeous 😊

kawaiivirus @kdebigare that is the manufacturer defect that i have been mentioning in the description and comment above. as the shoe came like that, i can’t tell you “what” exactly it is but would guess maybe the metal near the laces somehow smushed into the heel with enough pressure to make a dent. i added more pics of front and side view of the other shoe so you can see they are in fact brand new and never worn :)
