Full length cardigan style shrug. Excellent condition. It is gorgeous. I planned on wearing it to my daughters wedding rehearsal dinner but it is too small. Size S/M. Sheer fabric is dark navy or black. Velour pattern of flowers and leafs in colors of black, silver and purple are woven through out. Sleeveless. Belt is made of the same fabric which ties over elastic waist. Approximate flat measurements are: length is 40”. Other measurements vary depending on how tightly you cinch it. Questions Welcome
