Gorgeous aqua blue perfume bottle / atomizer with intaglio style deeply engraved / etched roses cut by hand into the thick heavy glass. The top is a golden colored metal (not sure what type) leaves with lovely blue crystal beads, giving the image of a bouquet of flowers. Made by Irving W. Rice & Co. in the 1940s and imported from Japan. Still has a sticker reading "HAND CUT." In beautiful vintage condition -- no cracks, chips or obvious flaws. Measures 6 in. tall x 2 in. at base.
