katedavis526 @deb767 hi the dress is brand new with the tags still on it and has never been worn. My only issue is that it is too big especially in the bosom. I'm a 34G. My measurements are roughly 40-30-40 and this dress can accommodate at least 10 more inches everywhere.It is high waisted with a smocked waistband that is very stretchy. Long fringes from the knee to above the ankle.

katedavis526 @deb767 there is not a flaw or imperfection or staying anywhere. it is in pristine condition and has never been worn. if you have never seen Boston Proper merchandise it is absolutely Exquisite on top of the line. Poshmark will give you your money back LOL
