Listing this absolute vintage gem. No tags at all, but I'm placing this as a 90s or 00s piece based on the mesh and the art deco look sequin design. I wore this as a size 18 w/ loose fit, size 20 could easily wear it as well. It's stretchy and forgiving. Perfect for a Gatsby party.
