This vintage top sings Phoebe Buffay! GUC - vintage piece Approx. Measurements: - pit to pit: 22 in - length: 24 in It’s a maroon velvet burnout fabric with embroidered vertical stripes and sequins throughout. The arms are 3/4 length with a sewn cuff. Feels very 90s / early y2k. It seems to run large, so check measurements! I am only selling because I don’t like the fit on me. Comment with any questions! 😊
