goensshopping Thank you so much for your shares and support. I have a lot of pain during my cycle and heavy. I'm anemic bc of all the blood loss. I have migraines too, but I live with daily headaches (from a nagging pain to a full blown migraine) so it's hard to tell if mine are related to my cycle or not. I know my heads been throbbing all evening tonight. I'd say part of the cause for yours is from worrying over your test results. Well, I Hope "our" migraines ease soon. katrinadreyer I love this! I’m currently going through tons of tests. I had 2 lab tests come back positive for lupus. I’ve been dealing with major joint pain and zero energy. Sometimes I don’t even want to get up. But I have an 8 year old to care for. Nice to know thee are others dealing with this too.

teresaposhlove @katrinadreyer Hello I'm Teresa, I'm so very sorry about all that you are going through. I have Fibromyalgia and Lupus a thyroid that every 6 months has to be changed. They have put me on Benlysta for my Lupus I take Celebrex for Fibromyalgia I tried lyrica I started gaining weight like crazy. In 2 months I gained 25 lbs. I have RA and that Dr treats my Lupus. Until 1991 when I had a major wreck I didn't get sick. Somedays I to don't want to get up

teresaposhlove @katrinadreyer my few tips are. Drink water I'm not a water drinker so I get the no sugar packs to put in my water I drink maybe 5-6 bottles a day. Eat better things for you. Fatty foods seems to drag me down. Fibromyalgia I can't really give you any tips everything seems to trigger mine. I'm going to be a Nana for the first time any day. katrinadreyer @teresakimbro I was just diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. That’s how they discovered the positive lupus test however my dr. Thinks it’s something else. He says it’s so low. I’ve tried 2 different meds for it and hoping this armor thyroid works but I’ve noticed some major digestive issues in the past months. I’m scared to eat. I’ve been drinking a lot more water and it seems to help. I’m losing hair due to a horrible rash on the back of my head. It is a lot to deal with all at once.

teresaposhlove @katrinadreyer your welcome once the test are over and your on the medicine you need give it a month don't give up it takes some to get in your system a full month. REST good rest is a key to help both Fibromyalgia and Lupus if I don't sleep well I know the next day is going to be bad. Stress big one. God bless you and I'm praying you get answers soon. 🙌🏼🙏🏽

goensshopping @edgestyle No it’s not. Sometimes the pain is so bad, I do break down and take the Excedrin migraine because it does help. But I just suffer the other consequences. I’ll pick the lesser of 2 evils depending on the day. Thank you 😊 Praying I get this issue under control soon. It’s been a rough road this past year.

desiredcloset @lorid20 hi I just came across this.. and I’m sorry for all the pain you ladies have to live with daily. My mother just had her second hip replacement (she was having so much pain while walking) thought it would help but the pain is still there. She has bursitis, terrible lower back pain, arthritis in her hands, neck and back, reading above I’m hoping you would be able to give me a recommendation on some stuff that may work for her. Sorry to hear about your moms issues. Has she tried “Facet" and/or Epidural Injections, Nerve block/burning of the nerve procedures?

angelsapparel @desiredcloset if the injections help at all then she’s a candidate for “Radiofrequency ablation” (which is (burning the nerve causing pain) it’s non-surgical and the nerve will regrow over the course of approx 1yr, but it’s longer relief than the injections 😊

revente_closet I have fibro, Sjogrens, tachycardia etc etc etc haha I do this for extra money for my medical bills and medicine. I am so thankful to know I am not the only one. My fibro fog does get the better of me sometimes with my labels :( I am a perfectionist and it drives me insane when I don’t do things perfect. Awareness for our disease is key for us. These last days have been more challenge w leg cramping day &night.Wears me out.I stay very active.By Grace of God I homeschool my 15 yr old. My hubby great provider& supporter of my health. bellam247 Hi luvs🧡... I have progressive MS. But, as it says so well above, these Invisible Diseases!, where we can still look perfectly fine if we want.., or need to!, aren’t seen unless we are using something visible. I’m a psychotherapist/Psychologist- I had several clients with Fibromyalgia- before it was finally acknowledged, and very grateful it was! But the MS took all of that stuff and my career away as well. Had a Neurologist appt Friday -

bellam247 ...to prove something is!,.... if we only had the energy, didn’t have fatigue, wouldn’t rather sleep!, to prove them wrong. I hope you are all getting what you need💕🧡💕 I find that the more drug problems there are in this country the more difficult it becomes for me to get the pain meds. And the ones I’ve tried and caused immediate weight gain, stopped! But it only came all off the first time. The second one didn’t.

bellam247 How do I fix that side effect!?!?!? Because I agree I’m on enough meds that the appetite control isn’t going to work! I don’t eat enough!!! But for year we are taught not to eat if you’re not hungry, I guess that backfired in your mid-40s, for me! Feel the best you can on the days you can. I’ve finally gotten better at saying... yeah, NO!!!

bellam247 .. It took awhile..., that and driving a lifted 3/4 ton truck and allowing myself to park where the tag says I can! But I’m thinking we need a gold one to wear around our necks - just to prove we are allowed to park where we park, walk “too” slow across the walkway, to use the handicap bathroom... to explain that I’m not drunk when I just fall straight to the ground “for no reason”.
