@caliashade do you mind letting you know where you purchased these from? I have tried several cobblers that have said they cannot be fixed - I would like to take them straight to Alexander Wang but need proof they were purchased direct or from an authorized dealer.

@jnrettig7 they were purchased here on Poshmark, as noted in the photos of this description. They’re called the Jude floating heel boot from Alexander Wang, and Alexander Wang will know their product. I still cannot figure out what you’re saying is wrong with them when they were sold in excellent condition, also photoed in the description. Never could I imagine a cobbler being needed when I wore them with no issues. The heel is made that way deliberately.

@caliashade Yes - the heel is deliberately made to appear floating. However, what was not noted, was that one of the heels is wobbly in the sense of being unstable while walking - the heel itself is partially twisting rather than the vertical movement intended. I’m not sure how this was missed when you had them?

@jnrettig7 I cannot imagine a block heel reinforced by a metal rod is unstable, as I never experienced that while wearing them - so not sure I could’ve included that. Please feel free to take them to Nordstrom (they have good cobblers) or contact the original seller, she may have more details as the product was sold used and reposhed from another seller.
