American Rag hi-low dress. Sheer brown with red and blue flowers, fully lined, stretchy shirred top, stretchy round neck, ruffle cap sleeves, stretchy waist, rounded hem. 100% polyester. Only worn a couple times. Super cute. Approximate measurements: Length 34in Pit to pit 18in Non-smoking home; we do have kitties but they don’t wear clothes.
