Ivory sleeveless dress and is embellished with a 7” overlay with elastic around the top that can be worn on or off the shoulders. Elasticized waist. Matching fabric belt loops through two on-seam belt loops. Belt is embellished with gold ends. Belt can be worn as desired. Two slits; one on each side seam. Slit starts approximately 20 1/2” from the bottom. Interior is lined from top to midway down. Approximate measurements: 20” across top front seam to seam 58” from shoulder seam to hem Note: Tried on, but never worn.
