ASOS Pink tulle polka dot mini dress w/solid liner

The bubbliest dress I've ever seen!! Size 4. This dress is so fun to wear and is just so girly, although I loved pairing it with black Chuck Taylors or 1460 black doc martens to toughen it up a little! The under layer is shorter than the tulle over layer which is so unique. The waist is cinched with elastic. The bust measures 32" with some stretch and room. Under layer of skirt measures 16" the tulle layer is 19". This is one of the most fun (and complimented) dresses I've ever worn!
