ATTENTION: Leaving Poshmark and Last Sales

Hi all! Unfortunately, after two years as a Posher, I’ve decided to leave the platform due to Poshmark’s horrible track record of allowing scams to happen on the site. Recently, a buyer (@jsmithla) falsely claimed that I sent her the wrong item and Poshmark sided with her, allowing her to steal my item and costing me $95. The attached photos show concrete evidence that the buyer removed the original tag and used it to fake her claim. Despite this and repeated attempts for a formal response, Poshmark failed to properly investigate the situation and only sent automated messages offering me a fraction of what my item was worth in credits. As a long-time seller with a history of 5-star reviews and happy customers, it is deeply disappointing to be completely ignored by Poshmark Support. Poshmark’s lack of accountability shows they don’t stand behind buyers and sellers alike when it comes to protection from scams and fraudulent activity, and it’s clear the platform no longer aligns with my values. Thank you to all my wonderful customers who have supported me over the years, and thank you for understanding as I shift my focus onto other platforms.
