best4lessbutiq @cheryldeluise There are no visible signs of wear on the outside or corners, minimal wear on the inside . The bag was purchased at LV store on Rodeo Dr in Beverly Hills few years ago and you can clearly see by the details, stitching, leather trims , inside label and lining that it’s and authentic LV bag :)

There is no way this was a store return. I am appalled at the condition this was sold. I would have never purchased something this bad.

best4lessbutiq @cheryldeluise I’m sorry for your disappointment, but I’m not sure what filth are you referring to , you can clearly see from the pics , there’s almost no visible wear on the outside of the bag and some overall wear on the inside, Also I tried to answer all your concerns before the transition and I’ll be honest with you I haven’t anticipated your reaction like this 😔

cheryldeluise @best4lessbutiq Yes, the outside looked good but the inside is so so dirty. Under and around the zipper and the flap and flaps on the pockets…..disgusting. Wasn’t expecting it either. The outside looked great and what you showed of the inside did too. But yuck.

cheryldeluise I will agree that the outside is in good condition but the inside is a different story. I tried cleaning it as recommended and it does not come clean. There are areas that are black inside. This will need new lining everywhere. That is way too much for a bag needing this replacement. Please advise what we can do.

best4lessbutiq @cheryldeluise Dear Buyer, If you were really not satisfied with your purchase, the only option would be returning the bag in the condition it was received, but now that you attempted to clean it without my approval, you altered the condition of the bag , so I’m not sure what we can do about it right now :/

cheryldeluise @best4lessbutiq Seriously? All I did was use some baby wipes to try to remove some of the ground in grime inside. Your listing and you said it was great inside not filthy. Anyone would have done the same thing. There is no change to the bag. It is as I received it.

cheryldeluise I was being honest telling you that I tried but it will not clean. Baby wipes….pure water baby wipes. I wish the listing was honest , this was in no way as listed…”It's a store return ( very minimal overall wear ) , otherwise In excellent, mint condition”. Outside not bad at all few marks and scratches but would have been fine until I looked inside. This is why I tried to converse about the condition before I purchased. To avoid this.

best4lessbutiq @cheryldeluise And I have tried to be honest about the condition of the bag , I will stand by my statement that the bag has minimal overall wear , even the picture of the inside of the bag ( third pic from the last ) clearly doesn’t support your claim, there are NO BLACK STAIN areas, just some overall wear

cheryldeluise @best4lessbutiq No, the condition of the outside bag was correctly stated but there were no pictures of the inside showing the black filth on the lining….around the zipper and under the flaps of the pockets was disgusting! I am an honest person I would never mislead or make false statements. Never.
