Sold to me as size medium but tags removed. PTP is about 21” but due to the pleat there’s a little more width. Length is 21”. Arms are cut on the bias so have a little give but id say biceps are 6”. Can be worn four ways. Very light wash wear but no other flaws. Open to reasonable offers.
