This is such a beautiful floral print. Gorgeous blues oranges and reds. The top has a very unique ruffled sleeveless style with a halter neck to add some more dimension to the design. It has a low v back. A hi-lo hem. There is a shirred waist detail but is not stretchy so it holds its shape. You will be living in this dress for the summer! NWT.
