Adorable dress with 20’s flair

So cute blue/black lace and knit dress. Sleeveless, dropped waist sash gives 20s feel. This dress is listed as a medium but seems small. Please see measurements. No major flaws found. Black fabric is a stretchy jersey. Mild pilling on the lace. Flat measurements pit to pit 18”, waist 16”, hips 18” length 37”. Neck V measures 8” from collar to point. This dress is lined with the jersey fabric but is mildly see through when held to the light, consider a slip.
