Brand is SHEIN. The ruched center and sleeves make it so cute and you can do off the shoulder. I ordered up because I don’t know SHEIN sizes, it was too big for me, here are measurements 48.4 length, 6.3 sleeve, 41.9 bust, 40.2-50.4 waist, 17.5 cuff. I bought it for $11. I never wore it except to try on- didn’t come with tags but it’s brand new!
