robokov @bluromefashion it's 30pills per bottle I take 2 a day. @remi_d it's bee pollen! I got it from @prevley she's honest and awesome! Yes I work out cause I have to stay in shape (Military🇺🇸) I don't workout on Sunday, but it's said that you really don't have to workout either. It's like if you workout it increases the weight loss faster. But it gives you energy no jitters! No sick feeling either.

robokov @razojenny07 I'm in the military so I burn a lot of calories thru out the day. I rarely eat as much just drink a gallon of water a day and snacking not junk snacks and if so it's only once or twice throughout the weekend.. But I eat like a lot of veggies and substitute meat for veggies and brown rice like beets, carrots, small salad, quinoa, brown rice so my metabolism doesn't slow down. Everyone is different, I hope that you meet your goal!
