colorfulalways @claudia041992 taken flat large from top to bottom is about 19 " and waisy about 12". Medium top to bottom is about 18" & 11" wide at waist. It is about 18" from top to bottom. They both have about a 3" left to right stretch expansion. No stretch noticed from top to bottom on one cup of coffee in me. Hope that helps.
