norine_claffey Hi! Should you double the 20" waist measurement for a 40" total waist? That doesn't seem consistent w/ a euro 38 though? Also, length at 20" seems extremely short? Can you confirm the measurements? Thank you!

norine_claffey Hello again! Just wanting to double check the measurements on the skirt. What is the waist measurement and the skirt length? A French size 38 is a US size 6 or small so I am confused as you list it as a size 0. I do not understand how it could be a 20" W x 20" length? Can you clarify? Thanks!
