As a costume designer I know what makes something exceptional is high quality material & hand beading This skirt is hand beaded in India & has a beautiful weight to it so when I wear mine I get constant compliments from strangers As I started researching online for it I discovered they go for $300 and up 2nd hand & were originally $495 I found this one & I got it immediately with the intention to turn it into a bag, but I wanted to open it up to anyone interested in having the skirt for less than the other ones I’ve seen online The tag says size 14 18” X 12.75” flat (36” hip)
