Aloe brevifolia. Rooted and established. Ready to plant. This species is threatened on the ICUN list. A species originally from South Africa. It is brown in rock gardens and even houseplants through out the world. Does well in sunny locations with well drained soil. Drought tolerant. Mine handle frost in California just fine but if it snows you may want to have this in a container to bring indoors or cover it somehow. These propagate easily as they produce small suckers fairly quickly.
I will ship them bare root as recommended. This price includes at least one full grown plant and perhaps more or some suckers to reach 5 lbs with box. Feel free to mix with my other plant listings. 20% off for bundling.

if I am in a state with wet snow in the ground, should I be worried about shipping at this time of year?

@readwriteretro hi I’m so sorry this question got lost in the flurry of live notifications. Where are you located? I honestly don’t think it will be a problem because I make sure the plants are completely dry and I insulate them. Many succulents can withstand freezing temps for a bit as long as they are not wet. I can also put some hand warmers in there which might help.

@readwriteretro these aloe are in ground at my house or in large pots outside all year. We do get below freezing for a handful of days and I have yet to loose one. I think my babes can handle it. 😉😍
