Am I the only one?

Two items I have “purchased” in the last 15 days did not ship! Not only did the not ship, when I messaged the sellers, no respond! Nothing! I KNOW they were notified that I bought the stuff, I KNOW they were reminded by PM and I personally messaged them! So, after 8 days; I canceled! To my surprise, I have to wait 10-14 DAYS for a refund! Yet, they took it out instantly! It’s BS! I KNOW they can process it faster! But won’t! Fair warning buyers! Beware! Don’t get screwed like me! It’s not right!
