Absolutely Stunning dress. It is size 10 but fits like an 8 . Flat waist measurement is 14" with a tiny bit of stretch. pit to pit is 17.5" approx dress is brand new and unaltered. Beautiful color for fall or winter. Not an excessively heavy dress. The top layer is sheer with sequins and the under layer is sparkly. Still in the bag it was purchased in.
