Ann Taylor Factory dress. This was never worn, but no tags on it. White with black polka dots. The back has elastic in the waist and the front has a tie at the waist. V neck with flutter sleeves. It is sheer with a liner underneath. Waist is 13” and length from top of shoulder to bottom hem is 37.5”. Please comment if there are any questions.
