Ann Taylor Pencil Skirt

Reposhing, was just a little too short for what I was looking for. Waist is 13” laying flat, length is 18.5”. Very cute skirt in excellent condition, does not appear to be worn/used at all. Another skirt in my closet the same exact size, just a different pattern.
