Anna Sui Silk Green Ruffle Tie Waist Smock Dress

Lightweight and airy 100% silk dress by Anna Sui in a size small. The front part of the dress has a sheer ruffled smock with flutter sleeves overlaying the main body of the dress. The color is a lovely bluish green with a black and white leaf and flower print. The dress has a ribbon tie on the left side that can be adjusted to cinch in the waist.
