Very cute stretchy smocked bust. Pull over style dress. I cut the ties off of the top portion so the neck line cuts in at collarbone and just sits there without the tie. I liked it better this way so please look at all pictures. Puff sleeves. Lined very full skirt. In my opinion this runs big in the chest area. Fits more like a small and since it’s stretchy as well could also fit a medium. Any questions please ask.
