Anthropologie Dress

Navy with white dots and floral bow collar. Tie bow anyway you like. XS but wide style easily works for Small and even Medium. New with tags. Paid $148. Was going to wear to an event that got canceled and really don’t need another dress (although this is a cute one!!!).
