anneloos @smithreads the bust and waist are both 40” around. Then there are ties sewn into the dress that can cinch the dress right underneath the bust or around the waist depending on your body shape. I mistakenly called this an a-line dress when is actually more of a shift dress with ties. Please let me know if you have anymore questions!
