Anthropologie Pilcro plaid button down blouse! New with tags. M

Brand new with tags. Super cute top, just never fit me right and I unfortunately have to let go. Blue and red plaid, with cute ruffle elements. Very soft. It’s been hanging in my closet unworn, so there are minor hangar bumps that need to be washed out. I didn’t want to wash it so that it’s still new!
