Anthropologie coquette light baby icy blue silk midi dress with black lace

Beautiful and delicate little silk dress, pale icy blue with narrow black lace accents. Brand tag has been cut out but I believe it was from Anthropologie. Twee style, a little y2k even. Midi length with gathered bust cups, teeny tiny spaghetti straps, A-line with flutter ruffle hem. No size but best fits a small, probably best for smaller cup sizes. Side zip closure. 100% silk, lace 100% Cotton. Unlined. Very good condition, there are a few puckers across front and on the skirt, please see pictures.
