Yes it is GPS/Cellular; it is brand new, I received it from Apple as a new replacement to mine that broke however I ended up buying a gold model instead. It has not been used. It does not come with a watch band.

mathrocks16 @lyudmilkab I believe with Poshmark the expedited shipping label is 1-3 days. I could try to get it out today but my PO closes in a few minutes being Saturday. Otherwise the earliest I could get it out would be 1st tbe f Monday.

mathrocks16 @lyudmilkab with the poshmark shipping label it says 1-3 days. I wouldn’t know how to offer expedited shipping within 1-2 days without going outside posh to pay extra.
