Vintage hot pink dress with draping across bust, elastic waist, waterfall of fabric at waist, shoulder pads. April Rain brand Tag lists 7/8 as size. Please see measurements below as this is vintage. I would say that this would fit a 4/6 in modern size. Measurements flat lay Shoulder seam to hem 43.5" Waist 11" (elastic not stretched) Neck drop 8.5" Bust 13"
