Aqua/teal ruched micromesh deep V mini Fuzzi dress with 3 quarter sleeves

Has an extra layer in the body so it’s more semi sheer. Sleeves are more sheer. Size says XL but I think it’s more like a L or a loose medium. I’m small-medium and it’s slipping a little off the shoulders for me. No rips or tears, new with tags.
