Arche suede flats zipper handmade luxury France

These say size 40 which is US 10 but I would say they fit like an 8/8.5! Only worn a few times. Only damage is the white dots on the inside heel area. In the photos the suede may look worn but it is justify the nature of the material to look lighter when brushed in different directions. Not open to low ball offers on these.
