bsny723 @ellisleigh the bust difference is not much. The large is about 39 inches around, the XL is about 41 inches for the bust. The lower waist you will have quite some room in both because of the open sides and the high low hemline. The waist I would double the bust circumference because the waist is very open and loose. Note that this top is 100% sheer as well.
