When I was new I made some mistakes...not on purpose but because I made assumptions based on what I saw and not what I should have read...THE RULES! I also had other questions that I had that were not in the rules...framing, how to get followers, how to package nicely...and many more. Some of the many wonderful women on here either answered my questions or had great pages that helped. vchacon2012 Yay, I needed help. Two days ago, a young lady asked if I could sell her perfume from my collection. I told her I'm not sure if Posh allows the sale of perfume. I contacted Posh, but I haven't heard back yet. Would you know the answer to this question? I've been selling on Posh for little under a month, so I'm still a newbie. Thanks for your time. 😉😉😉

melissahartsell Ok @kimberly803 thank you so much for this post💖💖I have some questions...when you "share" an item does it go directly to the "feeds" I can never find the items I've shared🎀 it seems like every time someone shares something my closet rearranges may not just seems that way. How do these ladies keep such an organized closet if it always gets changed? Or am I changing it somehow? They have lots of posts that are great for new users. @jblacombe was especially helpful!!🎀🎀 when others share your closet it does not usually rearrange your closet . To keep it organized it is how you share your own closet. The first thing you share will end up being the last item in your listings. Sharing does go to the newsfeed similar to how Facebook does. The more likes and comments the larger the group that will see it. For the best exposure share to the parties with the appropriate items. Most women will return shares and that will help grow and bring more people into your closet. Like your own items (you had to have liked them at some point...you bought them...lol) this will help increase your exposure. 🎀🎀Most of all follow the rules ( many will not share or follow if you don't) your closet is off to a good start🎀🎀Good luck and have fun🎀🎀Ask me anything at anytime🎀🎀

kimberly803 @derinda 💄💄The rating system is new and still at this point ...private. Any one that purchases from you can now rate their experience with you. If you don't get a 5 star rating they can leave where you could have improved with them...item description, item cleanliness, packaging, ship time, seller responsiveness, other. You can see your rating through an email sent to you or go into your sold items. Buyers can go back 30 days to submit a rating💄💄I hope this helped💄💄

kimberly803 @glistendove 👛Good Morning👛 To find things again that you like hit the "like" button like you did here...then you can go into your "likes" when you hit the "shop" button at the bottom of the page or by going into your personal page...found where it says @glistendove at the bottom of the screen on the far right. I have many likes and in liking and re liking will move your favorites to the top. The little cartoons are from the emoji keyboard. If you go into your settings...select Keyboard...you can turn on the emoji keyboard. There will then be a world looking thing at the bottom when you are typing...it you hit that you can change your keyboard back and forth. I have an I-phone and I-pad I use for Poshing. But I think the process is the same if you are not👛I hope this was helpful and not confusing

kimberly803 @adarnya 🎀🎀Many do a lot of different ways for packaging...you will find what works for you...I wrap in tissue paper with ribbon, thank you card and a token thank you gift. You print you label from a Poshmark and attach to priority box that you are going to ship in...they are free from the post office or you can download the USPS app and they will deliver you boxes if you order them ( you can also schedule pick up). You can also use your own box...but do not use flat rate box. Must weigh under 5lbs or you have to print a label for higher weight and you pay the difference. When you ship an item you will get an email with tracking number. I hope this helps!!!🎀🎀

I have only been serious with Posh since March...@bellanblue has a great following game and closet...I like to share because it is so nice...follows the rules and I learn from her creativeness. The follow game is you like it...follow others that like it and the follow you. The key to it is keep checking back to it because more people will follow after you do.

kimberly803 @juliamardis I do it to help support my purchasing here...lol there are women who do very well...it takes work...a lot of women sell on multiple forums...I do not. If you go to your home page and down at the bottom right hand corner is your name...click on that then scroll to the bottom and there is frequently asked questions...that has lots if information. Also if there is a party going on and you hit the share button on your items you have the option to share to the party if it fits the theme...there is one going on now.

When you share someone items do u share s few of their pieces or you go to icon on the top right that says "share this closet"? And then many many share pieces will show in your phone. I do not have a problem with memory...but it does use a lot of data. Only share items that are a Posh approved and not from closets that you notice use outside of Posh payment methods. I report those closets. I am more than happy to help you out with anything you need. A couple of other great closets with great new Posher listings are @jblacombe and @katz2 ... sstrom1 Hi...thank you for doing this! I recently made my first sale (yay!) and I didn't realize this, but when you sell something does the money you make only go as credit towards purchasing other items on posh's website? That's what seemed to have happened. I would have assumed my debit card would have gotten credited. Also, I share, share, share all the time and I'm starting to get frustrated because I seem to spend more than I make :/ I have more items to put up but I'm just not motivated to do it when I can't sell and each one takes a lot of effort (well I put a lot of effort...even if it doesn't look like it). Any suggestions?

To get cash instead if credits go into "my balance" click on "redeemable" and it will give you the option to have your payment deposited or a check mailed to you. Posh does take a lot of time and a lot of sharing and following. Get involved with som share groups...check out @jblacombe (also a great closet for new Poshers) she has a post to sign up for a daily share group. Share to Parties your appropriate items. Also share items that comply to Posh Rules from the rooms in the Parties such as the NWT room during parties. This should get you some awesome results. It does take time and patients. My other favorite closet to recommend to new Poshers is @katz2 . I will also share for you...though this time of year I can not do as much as I can normally...I work in the crazy world of retail😁. Let me know if I can help you with anything!!! Most if all, Have fun...it is a great sight filled with wonderful women willing to help...that you will not find elsewhere!!!💝💗💝💗💝💗

My advice to you is to improve your descriptions...I have started adding measurements and that helped...also share your closet 3 times a day...share other closets as much as you can. Share your items to the appropriate parties...especially the evening parties. kimberly803 @ellensemones 💗💝💗you can share your closet to parties 1 time...any Host Picks you may get do not count as they post only to the Host Pick room. Many do not like to have their items to parties because the they can not share to parties when they want to...best to ask first. You can hit the share to party button multiple times on an item...and it will say shared to party but after the first time it will default to followers. Being new it is difficult to really know what you can and can not do...I know...I would love to look at your closet for possible a Host Pick...but household items such as book ends are not allowed on Posh.
