Low rise cargo pants!! The real deal- from the early 2000s. Size 7 Juniors, but can fit 33” hips (bc they’re lowrise) with a belt. I’d recommend sizes 2-6, depending on how baggy you want them to look. They have snaps at the bottom to shorten the pant length as well. Everything seems to be intact, no noticeable flaws besides slight scratches here and there.
