pcoq @cnctech I would consider a large however the best way to describe it is by comparing it to a popular bag like the Louis Vuitton keep all 45 which is 17.8 in x 10.7 in x 7.9 and the measurements for this bag is16.6 x 13.8 x 8.7. Hope that helps.

pcoq @properlady1974 Hi, The handle is big enough, however, the bag is big so it would feel awkward under the shoulder. It's more of a hand held similar to the way you would hold the LV keep all.
