BCBG sz S Cutout Halter Dress

Sexy, slinky semi formal periwinkle blue halter mini dress. Worn twice to grad school formal events. Love the open back! Has bra closure in back, lightly padded so no need to wear a bra :) Extremely flattering. Has some faint stains from spilled drink (oops!) but not visible due to pleats, likely can be cleaned easily- I just forgot to!
