Practically Perfect in Every Way!! I do have 1 question though... If i may... What is "low" enough to be considered "lowballing"... As i am not so much affected; however, my hopes are to nOt insult others!! Thank you very kindly in taking the time to answer this question. There must be more people that feel as i do, and thats just 1 reason your opinion is not only valued, but appreciated as well!

c_noel_ Heyy girl! 'Lowballing' is something you would DEFF recognize...it goes far beyond negotiation...for example, say I have an item priced at 45$, and someone offers me 40$, that's simply negotiating...however, say someone offers 5$ for the same 45$ priced item, that's absolutely lowballing at its worst lol....hope that helps! C

@c_noel_ Aww Noel u are so sweet! lmk if I can help in any other way whatsoever... However, I haven't had a cell for about 2 weeks now, and my ipad went about 2 days later!
