@f1nf1n depends on the brand 38 tends to be 7 women’s example Dr Martin 38 is a 7 but a Gucci says 38 is a 8 women’s I personally feel 38 is a 7 to 71/2 and a 39 is more like an 8 to 81/2 hope that helps! I’m a 38 in this boot I have been wearing them for years!
