BNWOT Lilly Dionne Dress “Make a Splash” Size XS

Gorgeous!! Phenomenal pattern & colors!! WOW!! I don’t do enough fun stuff to wear anything amazing like this so my loss is your gain. It’s a one-shoulder, light almost turquoise/seafoam green top with the bottom pattern “Make a Splash” complimenting it all! It also has two convenient pockets!!
