This is an absolutely stunning dress with a pencil style skirt, fitted bodice with a slight sweetheart neckline and the cutest flutter straps that can be worn on or off the shoulders for two very different looks! Wear it with a blazer for a polished business causal look and take the blazer off to go right into a gorgeous summer dress! Only selling because it’s not the right size for me! Never worn, only tried on. No pets, none smoking, low scent house!
