Purchased this to replace another similar coat that I absolutely loved. However, I still am reaching for that other coat and not this one. Brand new with tags, unworn. trinh_thi @octobertreees it's 92% polyester, 8% elastane so it's not stiff, rather flowy material. It's TTS. measurements are in the posting. Oversized is relative to what size you are so you'd have to make that determination. hope that helps.
