BVLA beaded trillion threadless press fit end

This is a 14kt yellow gold threadless/ press-fit/ push pin end by BVLA. This is a beaded trillion with champagne CZ stone. (The second photo is only an example of the gold detail.) Only worn for a couple months now but would like to replace it with something more simple. It is beautiful and the detail would be better suited for an external piercing like a tragus, helix, labret or nose where it can actually be seen in the light.
