Back tie and bell sleeve blouse

Never worn! Purchased this top for Italy but the carbs got the best of me :( Bell sleeves from elbow to wrist with cuffs. Adjust fit tighter or more loose with a back tying band at bottom of blouse. I am 5'4 and rests perfectly at my hipline. 100% rayon. Slightly see-through. Wrinkles from being folded and untouched, I will wash and iron prior to shipping :)
