Ballgown Prom Dress-Blue/Green with sequin design

Deb Ballgown style prom dress. Blue/green with deep green sequin design on bodice. Full skirt with 8 different layers of tulle and fabric. Only worn once. No damage or stains. I altered the dress to have a built in bra so no bra is required. I was a 34C at the time this was worn. I was 5’4” at the time, and I worn flats with the dress but had enough room to wear up to a 3 in heel if desired. This dress was very special to me, and I hope it’s next own will share that sentiment.
